art practices are often concerned with the confused notions of reality
that emerge through interaction with technology. Users are constantly
generating accessible, virtual, 3-D objects that simulate physical
existence. Simultaneously, access to open-source electronics [2]Breezy exists on two sides of a threshold of meaning, an internal and external attempt at computerized expression. Both attempts ultimately fail, and in doing so absurdly emphasize the beauty of natural motion. The poetics of [2]Breezy exists in the vacuum created between these two simulations. |
